ANSWER: NO! None of these things can help you get to heaven. The Bible says…
“He saved us, not because of the good things we did, but because of his mercy. He washed away our sins and gave us a new life through the Holy Spirit. He generously poured out the Spirit upon us because of what Jesus Christ our Savior did.” Titus 3:5 & 6
“God saved you by his special favor (GRACE) when you believed. And you can’t take credit for this; it is a gift from God. Salvation is not a reward for the good things we have done, so none of us can boast about it.” Ephesians 2:8 & 9
GRACE: Receiving what we don’t deserve and could never earn – namely forgiveness of sin, a home in heaven, and eternal life!
Did you fail the Quiz? Be honest. If so, then you MUST change your mind about trusting your good works to get to heaven before it is too late (2 Cor. 6:2)! God loves you with an everlasting love (Jer. 31:3). He is not willing that any should perish in that place called Hell (2 Peter 3:9). But God is also holy which means He cannot overlook your sin (Isaiah 59:2).
Jesus took your punishment when he died on the cross so you would not have to be punished in hell. This is GOOD NEWS!!

You don’t have to pray a special prayer or feel a certain amount of remorse to be saved. While turning from your sin is always a good thing to do, it cannot help you get to heaven. Simply take God at His Word. Change your mind about trusting in the good things you do. Don’t be guilty of split-trust – of trusting in Jesus PLUS your good works to be saved. In essence you are telling God that what Jesus did on the cross is somehow not enough! That is a wicked thing to do. God the Father is satisfied with the payment that God the Son completed by dying for your sin and rising from the dead.
For the law was given by Moses, but grace and truth came by Jesus Christ. John 1:17
